Payment Options

  • Pricing: On our website, we may not disclose all product pricing publicly. All our products and services are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of placing the order or as agreed upon in your invoice terms. We generally do not dispatch orders until the payment terms have been satisfied and verified.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with the highest quality renal care products and equipment. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy subject to the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., damaged consumables or faulty equipment), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic or video evidence to process your refund request. Once the product is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the product following our return policy (mentioned below).
  • Change of Mind: We understand that requirements may change. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sterile packaging. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Return Policy
